摘要
胜利油田的深抽井数量逐年增多,平均检泵周期较短,主要原因之一是抽油泵失效。为提高深抽抽油泵使用寿命,采用仿真计算方法分析阀副漏失,固相砂粒使阀球阀座密封不严,高速流体通过缝隙会导致空蚀现象,对比阀副失效实物形貌,认为空蚀是其损坏的重要原因。在阀副失效原因分析基础上,研制了减少砂粒沉降至阀副的双沉砂结构深抽抽油泵。为游动阀和固定阀都设置了沉砂环空腔。改进阀罩外置出泵筒结构,降低上游动阀罩应力。优化阀罩导向、减阻、抗磨结构,降低阀球与阀罩的碰撞接触应力和磨损。双沉砂结构深抽抽油泵已在123口深抽井应用,平均生产周期达到840 d,较改进前延长400 d以上。
The number of deep pumping wells in Shengli Oilfield has increased annually,and the average pump workover period is relatively short.One of the main reasons is the failure of the pump.In order to improve the service life of the deep sucker rod pump,the leakage of the valve pair was analyzed by the simulation calculation method.It was found that the solid particle leads to poor sealing of the valve ball seat and high-velocity fluid passing through the gap can lead to cavitation,which became the possible cause of valve pair failure.On the basis of the failure analysis of the valve pair,a double sand-setting structure deep-pumping pump was designed and manufactured to reduce the sand settling to the valve pair.The sand-setting ring cavity was set for both the traveling and fixed valves.The valve cover has been improved to reduce the stress on the upstream valve cover and to optimize the valve cover guidance,drag reduction,and anti-wear structure to reduce the contact stress and wear on the ball and cover.Deep pumping applications were carried out on 123 wells with the double sand setting structure,with an average production period of 840 days,over 400 days longer than before the improvement.
