大面积金属屋面节点防变形施工技术研究

摘要 厂房结构大面积金属屋面一般为多坡度多坡向排水且坡面较长,若采用传统施工工艺,金属屋面反复热胀冷缩,容易变形、渗漏。文中通过研究施工图纸和施工过程,对大面积金属屋面防变形技术进行总结,采取相应的技术改造措施,有利于提高大面积金属屋面的实用性和耐久性,为同类型金属屋面工程施工提供技术支持。 The large-area metal roof of the plant structure is generally multi slope and multi slope drainage with a long slope.If the traditional construction technology is used,the metal roof is prone to deformation and leakage due to repeated Thermal expansion.The article summarizes the deformation prevention technology of large area metal roofs by studying construction drawings and construction processes,and adopts corresponding technical transformation measures,which is conducive to improving the practicality and durability of large area metal roofs and providing technical support for the construction of similar metal roof projects.
