摘要
基于SolidWorks软件Routing模块,提出以Top-Down设计思想为中心的柔性三维管路的设计思路及方法,解决了常规二维液压系统管路长度不准确和常规三维拉伸管路无法随液压支架动作的问题。结果表明:柔性三维管路的应用有利于液压系统的设计和干涉检查,同时能够精确确定管路长度和液压附件数量,提高了液压支架液压系统设计的精细化。
Based on the Routing module of SolidWorks software,the design idea and method of flexible three-dimensional pipeline with Top-Down design idea as the center are proposed,which solves the problems of inaccurate pipe length of conventional two-dimensional hydraulic system and the failure of conventional three-dimensional stretched pipeline to move with hydraulic support.The results show that the application of flexible three-dimensional pipeline is beneficial to the design and interference inspection of the hydraulic system,and can accurately determine the length of the pipeline and the number of hydraulic accessories,which has greatly improved the design refinement of the hydraulic system of the hydraulic support.
