摘要
介绍了大断面岩巷智能掘进系统的组成、主要技术特点以及陕煤矿区掘进工作面概况、劳动组织等。通过对应用情况进行分析,结果表明该系统有效解决了大断面岩巷掘进中存在的掘进效率低、工人劳动强度大、工作环境差等问题,开创了我国大断面岩巷智能掘进的先例。
Introduced the composition and main technical characteristics of the intelligent tunneling system for large cross-section rock roadway,as well as the general situation of the tunneling working face and labor organization in Shaanxi coal mining area.Through the analysis of the application,the results show that the system effectively solves the problems of low tunneling efficiency,high labor intensity of workers and poor working environment in large cross-section rock roadway tunneling,and creates a precedent for intelligent tunneling of large cross-section rock roadway in China.
