摘要
在我国的计量管理体系中,为了确保计量基准、计量标准量值统一、准确、可靠,在规定条件下,对相同准确度等级或者规定不确定度范围内的同种计量基准、计量标准之间所复现的量值进行传递、比较、分析,这就是计量比对。而参与国家或地方计量比对的计量标准,往往是各地区社会公用计量标准或机构最高计量标准,这些计量标准在国家量值传递和量值溯源活动中,发挥着至关重要的作用,我们应从各方面、各环节保证它们量传的准确性。
In the measurement management system of our country,in order to ensure the unity,accuracy and reliability of the measurement standards,under the specified conditions,the measurement comparison is to transfer,compare and analyze the values of the same measurement standards with the same accuracy level or within the specified uncertainty range.The measurement standards that participate in national or local measurement comparison are often the highest measurement standards or institutions’public measurement standards in various regions.These measurement standards play a vital role in the national value transmission and value traceability activities.We should ensure the accuracy of their transmission from all aspects and links.
