摘要
生态文明建设关系人民福祉,关乎民族未来。进入新时代以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央以前所未有的力度抓生态文明建设,着力在思想、法律、体制、组织、作风等层面推动新时代社会主义生态文明建设的改革创新。具体包括加强党对生态文明建设的全面领导、不断推进习近平生态文明思想的创新发展、建立健全生态文明领域党内法规体系、健全完善生态文明领域法律规范体系、做好生态文明体制改革的顶层设计和整体谋划、聚焦国内外重点领域开展生态文明体制改革、明确生态文明建设责任制、建设生态环保铁军等改革创新举措。总之,党始终坚持改革创新,着力完成新时代社会主义生态文明建设的新任务新要求,推动形成人与自然和谐共生的中国式现代化新格局。
Eco-civilization is related to the fate of mankind and the future of the country.Since entering the new era,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has made unprecedented efforts to promote eco-civilization construction,focusing on the reform and innovation of socialist eco-civilization construction in the new era at the ideological,legal,institutional,organizational and style levels.Specific reform and innovation measures include:strengthening the Party's overall leadership on eco-civilization construction,constantly promoting the innovative development of Xi Jinping's thought on eco-civilization,establishing and improving the inner-party regulatory system in the field of eco-civilization,improving the legal and normative system in the field of eco-civilization,doing a good job in the top-level design and overall planning of the reform of the eco-civilization system,focusing on the key areas at home and abroad to carry out the reform of the eco-civilization system,clarifying the responsibility system of eco-civilization construction and building an iron army of ecological environmental protection.In short,through the reform and innovation of socialist eco-civilization construction in the new era,the Party has always adhered to reform and innovation,strived to complete the new tasks and requirements of socialist eco-civilization construction in the new era,and promoted the formation of a new pattern of Chinese path to modernization in which man and nature coexist in harmony.
