摘要
旋转压缩机轴承供油量对其可靠性起重要作用。利用电路类比法,针对压缩机结构进行分类建模,编制了旋转压缩机轴承计算供油量的模拟软件,其计算结果与CFD软件计算结果进行了对比;计算分析了样机主副轴承APF5个工况下的供油量,转速对供油量的影响,轴承螺旋油槽截尺寸的影响;分析了曲轴退刀槽与活塞内空腔联通结构,在活塞端面大间隙、较大吸排气压差与较低转速时,压缩机主轴承可能出现的供油不足的问题。
The bearing oil supply of rotary compressor plays an important role in its reliability.The circuit analogy method is used to classify and model the compressor structure,and the simulation software for calculating the oil supply of rotary compressor bearing is compiled.The calculation results are compared with those of the CFD software.The influence of the oil supply quantity of the main and auxiliary bearings of the prototype under 5 working conditions APF,and the speed on the oil supply quantity and the section size of the bearing spiral oil groove are calculated and analyzed.The connecting structure between the tool withdrawing groove of crankshaft and the inner cavity of piston is analyzed.When the piston end face has large clearance,large suction and discharge air pressure difference and low speed,the main bearing of compressor may have insufficient oil supply.
