摘要
慢性心力衰竭(chronicheartfailure,CHF)为各种心脏疾病发展至后期阶段形成的综合征,发病率及病死率呈逐年增加的趋势。近些年,中医药治疗CHF体现出明显优势,如降低再住院率、改善临床症状及生活质量尤为突出,已成为热点研究。中西医结合治疗具有前景广阔、优势互补的特点,从病因病机、辨证分型、临床治疗等方面分析近些年CHF的中西医研究进展,以期为中西医治疗CHF提供理论依据。
Chronic heart failure(CHF)is a syndrome formed in the late stage of various heart diseases.The incidence and mortality of CHF are increasing year by year.Recently,traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of CHF has shown obvious advantages,such as reducing rehospitalization rate,improving clinical symptoms and quality of life,which has become a hot research.The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine has broad prospects and complementary advantages.This paper analyzes the research progress of CHF in recent years from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and clinical treatment,in order to provide theoretical basis for the treatment of CHF by traditional Chinese and western medicine.
