摘要
大量农村人口进入城市是城镇化快速发展的表现之一。基于城市扩张、经济发展、子女教育、民族文化等多重主客观因素驱动,少数民族农业转移人口嵌入城市,在空间转换、社会网络重构、权利获得与身份变迁中,重塑国家、社会与个体之间的关系。受文化水平低、社会资本薄弱、上升渠道狭窄、社会排斥等因素的制约,少数民族农业转移人口目前只在居住空间和职业层面实现了市民化,大多数人难以获得市民权利及市民身份。欠发达城市吸引了大量周边地区少数民族流入,进城少数民族如何解构与重组自身携带的民族文化、乡土文化以更好地实现对城市经济、社会、文化和心理层面的融入,需认真加以研究解决。以兰州市少数民族农业转移人口为研究对象,从经济、文化及身份认同等方面探讨少数民族农业转移人口市民化的意愿与能力,针对不同群体的价值诉求,提出少数民族农业转移人口市民化的可能实践路径。
A large number of rural population into the city is one of the manifestations of the rapid development of urbanization.Driven by multiple subjective and objective factors such as urban expansion,economic development,children's education,and ethnic culture,ethnic migrant agricultural population is embedded in cities,reshaping the relationship between the state,society and individuals in the process of spatial transformation,social network reconstruction,rights acquisition and identity change.Restricted by low education level,weak social capital,narrow channels for advancement,and social exclusion,the ethnic minority migrant agricultural population has only realized citizenization at the living space and occupation level,and most of them have difficulty in obtaining citizenship rights and status.Less developed cities attract a large number of ethnic minorities from surrounding areas.How to deconstruct and reconstruct the ethnic culture and local culture carried by the urban minorities in order to better integrate into the economic,social,cultural and psychological aspects of the city?Taking the ethnic minority migrant agricultural population in Lanzhou as the research object,this paper discusses the willingness and ability of the ethnic minority migrant agricultural population to citizenize from the aspects of economy,culture and identity,and puts forward the possible practical path of citizenization of the ethnic minority migrant agricultural population according to the value demands of different groups.
