摘要
目的研究规范化管理措施对检验科医院感染预防与控制的价值。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月期间在菏泽市妇幼保健院检验科检验的样本,其中2021年1—12月实施常规管理为对照组,2022年1—12月实施规范化管理措施为研究组,分别于该两个阶段纳入室内空气(100份)、医护人员(100名)、消毒灭菌物品(100份)为研究对象。比较两组医院检验科各项指标感染监测合格率以及发生医院感染的情况。结果研究组的各项感染监测合格率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组医护人员医院感染发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论规范化管理措施对检验科医院感染预防与控制的价值较高,能明显提升检验科物品消毒灭菌水平,提高空气质量,优化工作人员手部卫生环境,有效降低发生医院感染的概率。
Objective To study the value of standardized management measures on the prevention and control of noso⁃comial infection in laboratory departments.Methods The samples tested in the clinical Laboratory of Heze Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected.Among them,the control group was subjected to routine management from January to December 2021,and the research group was subjected to standard⁃ized management measures from January to December 2022.In the two stages,indoor air(100 samples),medical staff(100 samples)and disinfection and sterilization items(100 samples)were included as the study objects.The qualified rate of infection monitoring and the situation of nosocomial infection were compared between the two groups.Results The qualified rate of infection surveillance in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the differ⁃ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of hospital infection in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized management measures are of high value to the prevention and control of nosocomial infection in the laboratory,which can significantly improve the disinfection and sterilization level of articles in the laboratory,improve air quality,opti⁃mize the hand hygiene environment of staff,and effectively reduce the probability of nosocomial infection.
