摘要
高校基金会是属于民政部门和教委管理下的慈善机构,有其必须遵守的慈善管理制度,因此高校基金会的管理有其自身的特点。通过对L高校的基金会投资方案的分析以及与部分成功的高校基金会投资方案比较得出,高校基金会的投资管理应该丰富投资管理模式,建立专业化的投资团队,健全投资机制和管理体系,增加高校基金会的投资收益,以期达到为高校教育发展服务的目的。
University foundations are charitable organizations under the management of civil affairs departments and education committees,and have their own charitable management systems that must be followed.Therefore,the management of university foundations has its own characteristics.Through the analysis of the investment plans of L University's foundation and the comparison with some successful university foundation investment plans,it is concluded that the investment management of university foundations should enrich the investment management mode,establish a professional investment team,improve the investment mechanism and management system,increase the investment income of university foundations,and achieve the goal of serving the development of university education.
