摘要
人才是提高地方发展水平的核心基础,是促进地方创新的中坚力量,人才引进政策是地方吸引人才的主要手段。以2000—2021年安徽省人才引进政策为分析样本,分别运用Citespace和Nivivo软件对安徽省人才引进政策做基本分析和内容分析,总结安徽省人才引进政策的特点,分析人才引进政策趋势,找出人才引进政策的劣势,以此为安徽省人才引进政策提供有益借鉴和启示。
Talents are the core foundation to improve local development level and the backbone to promote local innovation.The talent introduction policy is the main means to attract local talents.This paper takes the talent introduction policy of Anhui Province from 2000 to 2021as the analysis sample,uses Citespace and Nivivo software to make basic analysis and content analysis on the talent introduction policy of Anhui Province,summarizes the characteristics of the policy of person time introduction in Anhui Province,and analyzes the trend of talent introduction policy,Find out the disadvantages of the talent introduction policy,so as to provide useful reference and inspiration for the talent introduction policy of Anhui Province.
