高硫酸钙环境中反渗透水处理的实际应用研究

摘要 采用反渗透中试装置对石化工厂污水处理的可行性进行评价。结果表明,对反渗透装置的运行起关键作用的因素主要包括膜元件性能、机械密封、系统冲洗以及微生物污染等。对于高硫酸钙水质,阻垢剂可以有效防止在膜表面形成硫酸钙杂质,但在系统冲洗过程中清洗剂的加入仍有可能导致反渗透膜结垢的现象。因此,在系统运行、清洗以及停机重启过程中应随时监测压差、产水电导率等参数,根据水质特点以及实际需要建立合理的运维方案。 The feasibility of employing reverse osmosis pilot plant is evaluated for wastewater treatment in petrochemical plant.Evaluation results show that the factors such as the performance of membrane element,mechanical seal,system flushing,and microbial contamination play a key role in the operation of reverse osmosis unit.As for wastewater with high content of calcium sulfate,scale inhibitor can effectively prevent the formation of calcium sulfate impurities on the surface of membrane,but the addition of cleaning agent in the system flushing process may still lead to scale phenomenon on reverse osmosis membrane.Therefore,the parameters such as differential pressure and the conductance of water production shall be monitored at any time in the processes of system operation,cleaning,shutdown and restart,and the reasonable operation and maintenance schemes shall be established according to water quality characteristics and actual needs.
