摘要
构建了带式输送机改向滚筒的有限元模型,利用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件分析了改向滚筒的应力和变形情况。基于分析结果,利用Workbench中的Design Exploration优化模块对改向滚筒进行基于响应面的参数优化,优化后的改向滚筒在最大变形、最大应力和质量方面都有了一定的改善。
The finite element model of the belt conveyor bend pulley is constructed,and the stress and deformation of the bend pulley are analyzed using ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis software.Based on the analysis results,the Design Exploration module is used to optimize the parameters of the bend pulley based on the response surface,and the maximum deformation,maximum stress and mass of the optimized bend pulley are improved.
