摘要
本文对珩磨内孔的精加工工艺技术进行了分析研究,详述了用加工中心配珩磨刀实现零件内孔精磨珩磨加工的原理和方法,并从研发实践中的运用出发,实证该技术方案的可行性、经济性及可推广的通用性。
In this paper,the finishing process technology of truss grinding inner hole is analyzed and studied,and the principle and method of realizing precision truss grinding of inner hole of parts with machining center equipped with truss grinding cutter are described in detail,and the feasibility,economy and universality of the technical scheme are demonstrated from the application of research and development practice.
