摘要
在铬污染土壤中加入活性污泥,并种植万寿菊,进行植物和微生物联合修复重金属铬污染土壤的实验。实验表明:添加污泥增加了铬污染土壤中微生物的丰度,同时降低了六价铬的含量,并且土壤中六价铬的含量随着活性污泥比例的增加而下降,说明微生物对土壤修复起到了积极的作用。土壤中铬的含量一定程度上会影响植物的生长,但微生物对重金属的的转化作用,使植物的耐受性增加,促进了植物对土壤中铬的吸收,提高了对污染土壤的修复能力。植物生长过程中对土壤中的铬进行了富集,万寿菊对铬的转运能力随着土壤中的铬浓度增加而增加。
To research the remediation of heavy metal chromium contaminated soil by plants and microorganisms,marigold was planted in the chromium contaminated soil added sludge.The results showed that the addition of sludge increased the abundance of microorganisms in chromium contaminated soil,and decreased the content of hexavalent chromium.With the increase of sludge proportion,the concentration of hexavalent chromium in soil decreased,that indicating microorganisms played a positive role in soil remediation.The content of chromium in soil would affect the growth of plants to some extent,but the transformation of heavy metals by microorganisms would increase the tolerance of plants and promote the absorption of chromium in soil by plants,the remediation capacity of contaminated soil was improved.The plant enriched the chromium during growth,and the chromium transporting capacity of marigold increased with the increase of chromium concentration in soil.
