摘要
针对永安煤矿SGZ1000/1710型刮板机原偏转槽布置工作面须区分机尾、机头调节槽,两者无法互通使用,严重浪费材料问题,在原偏转槽基础上焊接2组推移耳板设计新型多推移点偏转槽。应用结果表明:新型多推移点偏转槽能将调节槽位置安设在偏转槽与中部槽之间,能实现调节槽的通用互换,节能降耗效果显著。
In view of the SGZ1000/1710 type scraper machine original deflection groove layout the working face in Yong'an Coal Mine,it is necessary to distinguish between the tail and head adjustment grooves.The two cannot be used interchangeably,resulting in a serious waste of materials.Based on the original deflection groove,two sets of push ear plates are welded to design a new multi push point deflection groove.The application results show that the new multi push point deflection groove can install the position of the adjustment groove between the deflection groove and the middle groove,achieve universal interchangeability of the adjustment groove,and have significant energy saving and consumption reducing effects.
