柳湾煤矿61116智能化综放工作面建设及应用分析

摘要 为提高柳湾煤矿智能化开采水平,结合61116综放工作面现场情况分析智能化建设方案以及关键子系统结构等组成单元,通过智能化系统的顺槽控制中心、采煤机记忆割煤系统、支架电液控制系统、视频监控等实现开采设备的远程监控、记忆截割采煤、“一键”自动化放顶煤等功能。现场应用后,采面作业人员数量降至7人,工作人员劳动强度明显降低,劳动效率显著提升。 In order to improve the intelligent mining level of Liuwan Coal Mine,combined with the on-site situation of the 61116 fully mechanized caving face,the intelligent construction scheme and key subsystem structure composition are analyzed.The functions of remote monitoring,memory cutting and mining,and"one click"automatic top coal caving are achieved through the groove control center,the memory coal cutting system of the shearer,the support electro-hydraulic control,the posture monitoring system,and the video monitoring system.After on-site application,the number of mining workers decreased to 7,the labor intensity of the staff significantly decreased and the labor efficiency significantly improved.
