摘要
在社会经济持续发展的大环境下,不断优化的产业结构以及人们的思想、理念变迁会导致出现一些新的现象,比如在目前的社会环境下,高校毕业生“慢就业”现象越来越普遍。对高校毕业生“慢就业”现象进行解析会发现这种现象的出现与多方面的原因有关,比如就业大环境艰难、大学生核心能力不足、高校职业发展教育不够完善等。从时代发展的角度进行分析可知高校毕业生“慢就业”问题的消极影响是显著的,所以在当前环境下,深入探讨导致“慢就业”的具体原因,并深入思考解决问题的具体策略,这可以为实践提供参考。
In the environment of sustainable social and economic development,the continuous optimization of industrial structure and people's ideas,ideas will lead to some new phenomena,such as in the current social environment,college graduates"slow employment"phenomenon is more and more common.An analysis of the phenomenon of"slow employment"of college graduates will find that the emergence of this phenomenon is related to many reasons,such as the difficult employment environment,the lack of core ability of college students,and the imperfect vocational development education in colleges and universities.From the perspective of the development of the times,it can be seen that the negative impact of"slow employment"for college graduates is significant,so in the current environment,the specific causes of"slow employment"are deeply discussed,and the specific strategies to solve the problem are deeply considered,which can provide reference for practice.
