摘要
文章利用系统地图与核心用户的旅程图,分析社区环境下闲置玩具共享服务的利益相关者,对其需求进行归纳并展开服务系统的梳理与重构,最后基于服务设计的三大触点进行创新设计实践。分析数字化时代与绿色经济背景下,社区儿童闲置玩具共享服务的要素与触点,构建社区儿童闲置玩具共享服务系统,提出优化的路径与策略。面向儿童的社区闲置玩具共享服务应该以用户需求为基点,剖析服务流程,借助人工智能与群智设计等方法和手段优化关键触点,提升社区闲置玩具共享服务的用户体验感,打造具有长尾效应的优质社区共享服务,形成以共享服务为核心的绿色社区共享生活圈。
Using the system map and the journey map of core users,analyze the stakeholders of idle toy sharing service in the community environment,summarize their needs and comb and reconstruct the service system.Finally,the innovative design practice is conducted based on the three contact points of service design.Under the background of digital era and green economy,we analyze the elements and contact points of idle toy sharing service for community children,build the service system of idle toy sharing for community children,and put forward optimized paths and strategies.For children community idle toys sharing service should be based on user demand,analyze the service process,with the help of artificial intelligence and wisdom design methods and means to optimize the key contacts,improve community idle toys sharing service user experience,build high quality with long tail effect community sharing service,form with sharing service as the core of Green community sharing life circle.
