摘要
通过研究不同脱膜氛围下,聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)与聚乙烯醇(PVA)的共混复合膜的形貌及性能,分别在脱膜氛围为水氛围、冷冻氛围、空气氛围下,脱膜制备共混复合膜,并且,采用SEM观察其微观形貌;FTIR分析并计算其极性相含量;称重法分析孔隙率的变化;测定水接触角,分析其亲水性。结果表明,水氛围下的复合膜的表面形貌出现较多的通孔,截面孔的分布均匀,规整度较好。时间对3种复合膜的孔隙率的影响较低,并且,水氛围下的共混复合膜的孔隙率达到78.56%,水氛围与其他2种氛围下的相比孔隙率较高;极性相含量水氛围下的共混复合膜为77.13%,与其他2种氛围下相比较高;水氛围下的共混复合膜水接触角为47.8°,与其他2种氛围下相比,亲水性能较好。
By explored the morphology and performance of polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)blended composite films under different stripping atmospheres,the blended composite membranes were prepared by unpacking under the condition that the stripping atmosphere was water atmosphere,freezing atmosphere and air atmosphere,and SEM was performed to observe its microscopic morphology,FTIR analysis and calculation of polar phase content,weighing method to analyze the change of porosity,and water contact angle determination to analyze hydrophilicity.The results showed that the surface morphology of the composite film under the water atmosphere has more through holes,and the distribution of the truncated faces was uniform and the regularity was better.The porosity of the three composite films was relatively low for time dependence,and the porosity of the blended composite membrane under the water atmosphere reached 78.56%,and the porosity of the water atmosphere was the highest compared with the two atmospheres.Moreover,the blending composite film with polar phase content was 77.13%and the water contact angle of the blended composite membrane under the water atmosphere was 47.8°,which had the best hydrophilic performance compared with other two atmospheres.
