摘要
介绍了磷矿浆脱硫装置的工艺原理,针对现有磷矿浆脱硫装置存在的喷头易堵塞、寿命短、装置开车率低等问题,通过优化脱硫塔设计和工艺,减少结垢和堵塞的发生,使脱硫装置能够长周期稳定运行。该工艺使用磷矿浆为脱硫吸收剂,无二次污染,尾气SO_(2)可达到超低排放要求,投资和运行综合费用低,是磷化工行业具有竞争力的尾气脱硫工艺。
The process principle of phosphorus ore slurry desulfurization device is introduced.In response to the problems of nozzle blockage,short service life,and low device start-up rate in existing phosphorus ore slurry desulfurization devices,the design and process of desulfurization tower are optimized to reduce the occurrence of scaling and blockage,enabling the desulfurization device to operate stably over a long period of time.This process uses phosphorus ore slurry as a desulfurization absorbent,without secondary pollution.The tail gas SO_(2) can meet ultra-low emission requirements,with low investment and operation costs.It is a competitive tail gas desulfurization process in the phosphorus chemical industry.
