摘要
天然气净化装置在运行过程中,出现水解反应器出口的空气冷却器出口物料温度高于工艺控制温度的情况,影响了H_(2)S及CO_(2)的吸收,进而影响了产品天然气的质量。引起空气冷却器换热效率下降的主要原因是冷却器管束内壁结垢,对垢样进行分析,制定了化学清洗方案并进行优化,取得了较好的效果,保证了装置长周期稳定运行。
During the operation of the natural gas purification device,there was a situation where the material temperature at the outlet of the air cooler of the hydrolysis reactor was higher than the process control temperature,which affected the absorption of H_(2)S and CO_(2),thereby affecting the quality of the product natural gas.The main reason for the decrease in heat transfer efficiency of the air cooler is the scaling on the inner wall of the cooler tube bundle.The scaling samples were analyzed,and a chemical cleaning plan was developed and optimized,achieving good results and ensuring long-term stable operation of the device.
