石油对二甲苯纯度及烃类杂质测定方法改进

摘要 对二甲苯作为重要的化工原材料之一被石化行业广泛应用,对其品质要求也在不断提高。对二甲苯测定结果的准确性直接影响产品的经济效益,对产品质量有着较大影响。在用配置有氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)的气相色谱仪进行测试时,石油对二甲苯作为一种有毒有害物质,对中枢神经系统具有较强的麻醉作用,采用传统的内标法检测需要加入内标物,不仅耗时长,而且人员接触毒害的程度大。因此,亟须寻找一种高效、简洁的方法进行测定。校正面积归一法在测定纯度及烃类杂质含量时,与内标法进行比较,不仅消除了称重误差对分析结果带来的影响,而且,该方法简单直接,结果无须进行计算可直接看到样品含量,具有一定的推广价值。 As one of the important chemical raw materials,P-Xylene is widely used in the petrochemical industry,and its quality requirements are constantly improving.The accuracy of P-Xylene determination results directly affects the economic benefits of products and has a great impact on product quality.When testing with a gas chromatograph equipped with a hydrogen flame ionization detector(FID),petroleum P-Xylene,as a toxic and harmful substance,has a strong anesthetic effect on the central nervous system.The traditional internal standard method requires the addition of internal standards,which not only takes a long time,but also exposes personnel to toxic hazards.Therefore,it is urgent to find an efficient and concise method for determination.The calibration area normalization method is compared with the internal standard method in determining purity and hydrocarbon impurity content.It not only eliminates the impact of weighing errors on the analysis results,but also is simple and direct,and the sample content can be directly seen without calculation,which has certain promotional value.
