摘要
高河能源W3305工作面由于厚硬关键层回转压力大、底板膨胀性泥岩等原因,工作面矿压显现剧烈,留巷断面收缩量明显,导致Y型通风系统回风流断面变小;部分柔模墙体发生倾斜,导致留巷支护系统失效,顶板管理存在重大安全隐患。针对此情况,在进风顺槽实施切顶卸压护巷、沿空留巷支护技术后,对比未切顶爆破前留巷巷道底鼓量从平均1 000 mm降低到82 mm,有效控制了软岩底板巷道围岩变形,极大减少了留巷底鼓量,保证了工作面的安全高效高产,为留巷复用创造了条件,同时对于其他软岩底板条件矿井实施沿空留巷技术具有一定的工程参考价值和借鉴意义。
Due to the large rotation pressure of the thick and hard key strata of Gaohe Energy W3305 working surface,the expansion of mudstone on the floor plate,etc.,the strata behavior of working surface is serious,and the shrinkage of the retaining way section is obvious,resulting in a smaller section of the return air flow of Y-type ventilation system,some of the soft mold walls are tilted,leading to the failure of the retaining way support system with major safety hazards in the management of the roof;In view of this situation,after the implementation of the top cutting pressure relief in the air entering way and and gob-side entry retaining support technology,the floor heave of the retaining way before the uncut roof blast was reduced from an average of 1000 mm to 82 mm,which effectively controlled the deformation of the surrounding rock of the soft rock floor roadway,greatly reducing the amount of floor heave of the way,ensuring the safety and efficiency of the working surface,and creating conditions for the reuse of the retaining way.It has certain engineering reference value for implementation of the technology in other mines with similar geological conditions.
