摘要 由于陆上风电机组功率增大,风机高度随之增加,高空作业风险增大,给吊装施工带来一定的困难,而履带吊能够较好地解决风机在吊装时遇到的难题。以内蒙古某陆上风电项目为例,简述陆上风机履带吊组装及拆卸施工方法,重点对履带吊的组装技术措施、负荷试验及拆卸技术措施进行探讨,保证了风机吊装施工的安全性。该项陆上风机吊装技术可为本工程后续施工及类似工程借鉴。 As the power of onshore wind turbine increases,its height increases and the risk of high-altitude operation also increases,which bring certain difficulties to the hoisting construction.While the crawler crane is a better choice to solve the difficulties encountered in the hoisting process of wind turbines.Taking an onshore wind power project in Nei Mongol as an example,this paper briefly introduce the assembly and disassembly construction methods of crawler crane for onshore wind turbines,with the focus on exploring the assembly technical measures,load test,and disassembly technical measures,which ensure the safety of the hoisting construction.The technology can be useful reference for subsequent construction of this project and other similar projects.
