摘要
“源-网-荷-储”互动调控可通过源源互补、源荷互动等形式,结合电源侧不同类型间的协调互补特性、柔性负荷的灵活可调节特性和储能资源的充放电特性等,大大提高了新能源的主动消纳能力。以西藏某极高海拔地区生态搬迁安置区为例,研究源网荷储系统设计方案,解决安置区居民冬季采暖困难实际问题,提升新能源发电比例,推动当地可持续发展。
The source-grid-load-storage interactive regulation can greatly improve the active consumption capacity of new energies with the source-to-source complementarity and source-load interaction,combined with the coordination and complementarity characteristics of different power sources,the flexible and adjustable characteristics of the flexible loads,and the charging and discharging characteristics of energy storage resources.Taking an ecological relocation and resettlement area in Xizang Autonomous Region with extremely high altitude as an example,this paper presents the design scheme of the source-grid-load-storage system,which can solve the winter heating difficulties of residents in resettlement areas,increase the proportion of new energy generation,and promote the local sustainable development.
