摘要
在新时代发展背景下,全球化已成为经济发展的总趋势,国内跨境电商的出现推动了我国经济的发展,物流行业也由此迎来了新的发展机遇即跨境电商物流。但是我国跨境电商物流远不能满足时代的发展需求,整体经营方法及物流服务并不成熟,仍存在一些问题。特别是跨境电商物流管理人才缺失,使跨境电商物流行业的内部活动与调整受到一定的限制,并且跨境电商物流属于刚刚兴起的行业,行业整体结构不健全。基于此,我国要加强对跨境电商物流管理人才的培养,促进跨境电商物流更好更快速地发展。文章将从跨境电商物流管理人才培养与民办高校校企合作育人的角度进行阐述。
In the background of this new development era,the economic globalization has become the trend of development now.The domestic cross-border e-commerce emerged and promoted the economic development of our country.At the same time,the logistics industry also ushered in a new development opportunity——cross-border e-commerce logistics.However,our cross-border e-commerce logistics cannot meet the development needs of the current era;the overall management methods and logistics services are not mature,and there are still some problems.Especially,there is a shortage of cross-border e-commerce logistics management personnel,its internal activities and adjustment are limited to a certain extent.As cross-border e-commerce logistics is an emerging industry,the overall internal structure is not sound.Based on this,we should strengthen the training of cross-border e-commerce logistics management personnel,so as to promote the better and faster development of cross-border e-commerce logistics.This paper will explain the exploration and practice of cross-border e-commerce logistics management talent training and private universities and enterprises collaborative education.
