摘要
物流行业需要加快现代物流数字化、网络化、智慧化赋能,打造科技含量高、创新能力强的智慧物流新模式。科技的快速发展给物流行业带来了新的机遇和挑战,物流行业需要考虑如何运用科技驱动内部控制变革,提高效率、降低风险,保障客户权益。文章通过分析现有物流行业内部控制存在的问题,探究了科技驱动下物流内部控制变革的主要途径,即人工智能、区块链和大数据分析;结合实际案例,总结了科技驱动下物流内部控制变革的成效和展望,提出了加强内部控制意识、培养综合能力和跟进科技发展的建议,旨在为物流行业相关从业者提供启示和参考。
The logistics industry needs to accelerate the digitization,networking,and intelligent empowerment of modern logistics,and create a new model of intelligent logistics with high technological content and strong innovation ability.The rapid development of technology has brought opportunities and challenges to the logistics industry,one of which is how to use technology to drive internal control changes,thereby improving efficiency,reducing risks and protecting customer rights.This paper analyzes the existing logistics control problems,and explores the main ways of internal control transformation in logistics driven by technology:artificial intelligence,blockchain,and big data analysis.Based on practical cases,this paper summarizes the effectiveness and prospects of internal control reform in logistics driven by technology,and proposes suggestions to strengthen internal control awareness,cultivate comprehensive abilities,and follow up on technological development,aiming to provide inspiration and reference for relevant practitioners in the logistics industry.
