摘要
报告1例高龄骨质疏松性右股骨粗隆间骨折合并阿尔兹海默症患者在腰硬联合麻醉下行“右股骨粗隆间骨折闭合复位绞锁髓内钉内固定术”的个案护理。护理要点包括:结合阿尔兹海默症患者的特点准确评估和交班,对患者进行精准的护理外,尤其要加强患者的安全防范措施,并发症的观察和预防,以及出院时对患者陪护者的详细指导。经过治疗和护理,提升了患者的自理能力,避免了并发症,保障了患者的安全,明显提高了患者的生活质量。
This article reports the nursing care of an elderly patient with osteoporotic right intertrochanteric fracture complicated with Alzheimer's disease undergoing"closed reduction and interlocking intramedullary nailing of right intertrochanteric fracture"under combined spinal and epidural anesthesia.The key points of nursing include:accurate assessment and shift handover based on the characteristics of patients with Alzheimer's disease,in addition to providing accurate nursing care for patients,especially strengthening patient safety precautions,observing and preventing complications,and providing detailed guidance to patient caregivers upon discharge.After treatment and nursing,the patient's self care ability has been improved,complications have been avoided,patient safety has been ensured,and the patient's quality of life has been significantly improved.
