摘要
为筛选出适合海南冬季薄皮甜瓜嫁接的砧木品种,对收集的10份南瓜砧木资源进行了薄皮甜瓜嫁接栽培试验。结果表明,参试砧木的嫁接成活率在88.33%~92.50%;在苗期,大多数嫁接组合子叶长、宽、厚和茎粗均低于自根苗,根系和茎、叶、干质量及POD活性、MDA和H_(2)O_(2)含量则高于自根苗。在成株期,大白和金甲田嫁接组合的叶宽、茎粗、主蔓长均高于其他砧木组合。从果实性状来看,多数嫁接组合的果实可溶性固形物含量、果实大小、果肉厚度和果形指数与自根苗相比差异不大,仅有壮士组合的果实纵径和果形指数显著低于对照,连大组合的果肉厚度显著高于对照。大白、厦利和连大组合的白粉病抗性较强,但大白组合的果面有棱沟。667 m^(2)产量最高的是连大组合,较对照增产17.85%。综合来看,连大砧木表现最优,适用于海南冬季生产。
In order to select suitable rootstock varieties for winter oriental sweet melon in Hainan,the grafting cultivation experiment were carried out on 10 pumpkin rootstock resources.The results show that grafting survival rate was 88.33%-92.50%of the tested rootstocks,the cotyledon length,cotyledon width,cotyledon thickness and stem diameter were lower than self rooted seedlings,while the the root dry weight,stem and leaf dry weight,POD activity,MDA,and H_(2)O_(2) content were higher than self rooted seedlings.During the mature stage,the leaf width,stem diameter,and plant length of Dabai and Jinjiatian were higher than other rootstock combinations.From the perspective of fruit traits,there were no significant differences in soluble solid content,fruit size,flesh thickness and fruit shape index between most grafting combinations and self rooted seedlings,only the fruit length and fruit shape index of Zhuangshi were significantly lower than the control,the flesh thickness of Lianda was significantly higher than the control.The powdery mildew resistance of Dabai,Xiali and Lianda combinations was strong,but the fruit surface of Dabai combination had furrows.The Lianda combination with the highest yield every 667 m^(2) increased by 17.85%compared with the control.On the whole,Lianda was most suitable rootstock for winter oriental sweet melon in Hainan.
