摘要
厦门北站屋盖是体形复杂的新型曲面空间网格结构,双向跨度达132 m×220 m。根据建筑形体要求,首次采用了双向不等高交叉桁架组成的空间网格结构。为了验证这种新颖的结构形式在静力荷载作用下的力学性能,尤其是纵向桁架的竖向腹杆和下弦杆的平面外稳定性能,抽取屋盖Y方向相关区域的桁架,进行了设计荷载作用下的静力试验,研究了不等高处次桁架下弦杆件的平面外稳定性能,并把试验结果与理论分析值进行对比。研究结果表明,这种新型空间结构的不等高处次桁架下弦杆件的平面外稳定性能良好,主次桁架在设计荷载作用下,其受力稳定性良好,是一种优良、可靠的结构形式。
The roof of Xiamen North Railway Station is a complex-shape new-type curved surface space grid structure with two-way span of 132m×220m.A new space grid structure consisting of two-way unequal height intersection truss is used in the high roof of the station to satisfy the architectural modeling.In order to verify the mechanical performance of this novel structural form under static loads,especially the out-of-plane stability performance of the vertical webs and bottom chords of longitudinal trusses,static tests were conducted on trusses in the relevant areas in the Y direction of the roof under design loads,and the out-of-plane stability performance of truss bottom chords at different heights was studied.The test results were compared with theoretical analysis values.The research results show that the out-of-plane stability of the bottom chords of the unequal height secondary trusses of this new spatial structure is good,and the primary and secondary trusses have good mechanical stability under design loads,making it an excellent and reliable structural form.
