摘要
本文依据GB/T 24218.6-2010《纺织品非织造布试验方法 第6部分:吸收性的测定》规定的方法,采用天平、机械秒表、毛细管效应测定仪,对非织造布吸收性进行测定,详细分析和评定了影响测定结果的各个不确定度分量,最终得出测量结果的扩展不确定度。结果显示,重复性测量引入的不确定度贡献较大,设备的影响较小。
According to the method specified in GB/T 24218.6-2010, Textiles—Test methods for nonwovens—Part 6:Absorption, the absorbability of nonwovens was measured by using a balance, mechanical stopwatch and capillary effect tester. The various uncertainty components affecting the measurement results were analyzed and evaluated in detail,and the expanded uncertainty of the measurement results was finally obtained. The results show that the uncertainty introduced by the repeatability measurement contributes more, and the influence of the equipment is lesser.
