摘要
实体经济是现代产业体系的重要组成部分,是建设社会主义现代化国家的根基。促进数字经济和实体经济深度融合是实体经济创新发展的必然选择。“数实融合”是推进实体经济从传统实体经济形态向新型实体经济形态演进的过程,也是供需联动、动态匹配的过程。目前,实现“数实融合”仍面临“卡脖子”技术和新型基础设施短板制约、数据要素配置不充分、数字鸿沟、工业互联网不强等现实挑战。应加快新旧基础设施建设,搭好“数实融合”底座;推动产业数字化和数字产业化协同发展;以数字技术赋能自主品牌,提升实体经济发展质效;优化数字技术人才结构,为实体经济创新发展提供支撑。
The real economy is an important part of the modern industrial system and the foundation of China's modern power.“Digital-real integration”is an inevitable choice for innovative development of the real economy.“Digital-real integration”is a process that promotes the evolution of the real economy from the traditional form to the new form.It is a process of the linkage and dynamic matching of supply and demand.“Digital-real integration”faces such challenges as“bottleneck”technology and new infrastructure constraints,inadequate allocation of data elements,digital divide,and weak Industrial Internet.We should speed up the construction of new and traditional infrastructure and put in place the foundation for the integration of data and real infrastructure.It is also necessary to promote the coordinated development of industrial digitalization and digital industrialization.Digital technology enables independent brands to improve the quality and efficiency of real economy development;improve the mix of digital technology professionals to provide strong support for the innovative development of the real economy.
