摘要
构建体育产业新发展格局,是适应我国现阶段发展要求、重塑国际竞争合作和把握体育产业“新窗口”的首要抉择。运用文献资料法,厘清体育产业高质量发展的目标定位,对新发展格局下体育产业高质量发展的现实困境进行探讨,体育产业发展不平衡,资金投入结构不合理、生产供给不足,体育消费遭受严重抑制、体育产业标准化体系匮乏,理论与实践关联薄弱、缺乏体育创新平台,创新动力不足。提出了新发展格局下推动体育产业高质量发展的治理路径:促进体育产业均衡发展,扩大体育产业消费规模,完善体育产业标准化体系,改变体育产业单一性发展,打造体育产业创新性平台,推动体育产业升级转型。
Constructing the new development pattern of the sports industry is the primary choice to adapt to the development requirements of China’s new stage,reshape international competition and cooperation,and grasp the“new window”of the sports industry.By using the method of literature,this paper clarifies the goal positioning of high-quality development of the sports industry,and discusses the realistic dilemma of high-quality development of the sports industry under the new development pattern that the development of the sports industry is unbalanced,the fund investment structure is unreasonable,the production supply is insufficient,the sports consumption is severely inhibited,the standardization system of the sports industry is lacking,the theory and practice are weak,the sports innovation platform is lacking,and the innovation motivation is insufficient.The governance path of promoting the high-quality development of the sports industry under the new development pattern is put forward:promoting the balanced development of the sports industry,expanding the consumption scale of the sports industry,improving the standardization system of the sports industry,changing the single development of the sports industry,creating an innovative platform for the sports industry,and promoting the upgrading and transformation of the sports industry.
