摘要
随着我国信息技术的高速发展,产业数字化转型速度逐步加快,对通信技术的要求也越来越高,当前通信工程建设规模不断扩大,安全管理问题也不断显现,如何打破传统管理方法的束缚,应用数智化项目管理模式,充分保障通信工程施工安全,成为了一个亟待解决的问题。本文从通信工程项目管理现状入手,分析施工安全管理存在的不足,针对通信工程安全管理过程中如何高效应用数智方法进行全面探讨,旨在提升通信工程施工安全管理水平。
With the rapid development of information technology in China,the speed of industrial digital transformation is gradually accelerating,and the requirements for communication technology are also increasingly high.At present,the construction scale of telecommunications engineering is constantly expanding,and security management problems are also emerging.How to break the shackles of traditional management methods,apply digital intelligent project management mode,and fully guarantee the construction safety of telecommunications engineering has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper starts from the current situation of telecommunications engineering project management,analyzes the shortcomings of construction safety management,and comprehensively discusses how to effectively apply mathematical intelligence methods in the process of telecommunications engineering safety management,aiming to improve the level of telecommunications engineering construction safety management.
