摘要
为研究制造企业用户参与、知识距离和知识整合机制(程序化机制与互动化机制)对企业绿色创新的影响机理,以197家制造企业为实证样本,采用SPSS23.0和PROCESS宏进行数据分析,从知识管理的视角出发,构建一个有调节的模型。结果表明,用户参与和制造企业绿色创新呈现正相关关系;知识距离能够负向调节用户参与和企业绿色创新之间的正相关关系;程序化机制缓解知识距离的负向调节效应不显著;用户参与、知识距离和互动化机制之间存在交互效应,与程序化机制相比,互动化机制更能缓解知识距离的负向调节效应。研究为制造业如何有效地利用用户资源提供新的见解,从而也为制造业采取措施推进绿色创新提供思路参考,促进企业可持续发展。
To study the impact mechanism of user participation,knowledge distance,and knowledge integration mechanisms(procedural and interactive mechanisms)on green innovation in manufacturing enterprises.Using 197 manufacturing enterprises as empirical samples,data analysis was conducted using SPSS23.0 and PROCESS macros.From the perspective of knowledge management,a moderated model was constructed.The results indicate that there is a positive correlation between user participation and green innovation in manufacturing enterprises;Knowledge distance can negatively regulate the positive correlation between user participation and green innovation in enterprises;The negative regulatory effect of procedural mechanisms on alleviating knowledge distance is not significant;There is an interactive effect between user participation,knowledge distance,and interactive mechanisms.Compared to procedural mechanisms,interactive mechanisms can better alleviate the negative regulatory effect of knowledge distance.The study provides new insights on how to effectively utilize user resources in the manufacturing industry,and thus provides reference for the manufacturing industry to take measures to promote green innovation and promote sustainable development of enterprises.
