浅谈无人机在建筑外围护系统质量检测监测中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 无人机作为一种实时采集数据的技术,被广泛应用于工程测绘、智慧工地安全巡查、BIM、CIM、GIS等三维建模领域,除了上述应用,无人机在工程检测监测领域应用前景也非常可期。本文详细地介绍了搭载红外与可见光摄像头的无人机智能检测监测系统的原理、工作流程,列举了一个典型项目,证明其可以快速、高效地对区域性大数量建筑物进行周期性巡检评估,建立起建筑物外墙质量数据库,能尽早发现建筑物外围护系统可能的渗漏水、高空坠物及其他安全隐患。 As a real-time data acquisition technology,UAV is widely used in engineering surveying and mapping,smart site,safety inspection,BIM,CIM,GIS and other three-dimensional modeling fields.In addition to the above applications,UAV applications in the field of engineering detection and monitoring are also very promising.This paper introduces the principle and workflow of the intelligent detection and monitoring system of UAV equipped with infrared and visible cameras in detail.This article lists a typical project,It has proved that it can quickly and efficiently carry out periodic inspection and evaluation on a large number of regional buildings,establish a quality database of building exterior walls,and find out possible water leakage,falling objects and other safety hazards of building peripheral protection system as soon as possible.
