摘要
以某综合办公楼设计为例,结合业主意愿和要求提出三种冷热源方案,即:燃气锅炉房+多联机系统、低温空气源热泵(冷水)机组和变频多联机系统+预留地面辐射供暖系统。本文主要分析和对比这三种方案的确定原则、节能和碳排放量、工程投资运行费用等,提出了未来能源的选择方向。
Taking the design of a comprehensive office building as an example,combined with the wishes and requirements of the owner,three cooling and heating source schemes are proposed,gas boiler room+multi-connection system,low-temperature air source heat pump(cold water)unit and frequency conversion multi-connection system+reserved ground radiant heating system.This paper analyzes and compares the determination principles,energy-saving and carbon emissions,and engineering investment and operation costs of these three schemes,the future energy selection direction is proposed.
