摘要
应用毛细管电泳法快速测定解酒类保健液中葛根素的含量。采用毛细管电泳法,以20 mmol/L硼砂-20 mmol/L磷酸二氢钠溶液(p H8.5)-10%甲醇为缓冲液,未涂层的熔融石英毛细管柱(56 cm×50μm),检测波长254 nm,电压20 kV,柱温20℃,进样压力30 mbar,进样时间6 s。葛根素在10~300μg/mL的浓度范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(R=0.9952)。本方法简便快速、准确、经济性好,可用于测定解酒类保健液中葛根素的含量。
To establish a rapid method for the determination of puerarin in anti-alcohol health liquid by capillary electrophoresis.The separation was performed on a uncoated fused silica capillary column(56 cm×50μm),the detection wavelength was 254 nm,the separation voltages were 20 kV,the column temperature was 20°C,the injection pressure was 30 mbar,injection time was 6 s,and 20 mmol/L sodium borate-20 mmol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate(pH8.5)-10%methanol was selected as the running buffer.Puerarin had a good linear relationship within the concentration ranges of 10~300μg/mL(R=0.9952).This method is simple,rapid,accurate and very economical,and can be used for the determination of puerarin in anti-alcohol health liquid.
