摘要
目的:评价糖尿病(DM)诊断中空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)以及血清C肽联合检测策略的应用价值。方法:将2021年3月~2022年3月扬州友好医院收治的2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者46例纳入T2DM组,以同期收治的46例糖尿病肾病(DN)归入DN组,另选取同期46例健康体检者作为参照组,均予以FBG、HbA1c及血清C肽检测,对其检测结果进行观察和评价。结果:T2DM组及DN组FBG、HbA1c检测结果均显著高于参照组,同时,与参照组血清C肽相比,T2DM组检测结果明显更高,与T2DM组相比,DN组HbA1c明显更高,但血清C肽检测结果更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合检测方式对T2DM、DN的诊断符合率均高于其他指标单一检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与健康人群比较,DM患者FBG、HbA1c可呈高表达水平,而血清C肽能够为DN诊断与预防提供有效指导,联合检测该三项指标对于提高DM及DN诊断效果有积极作用。
Objective To evaluate the value of combined detection of fasting blood glucose(FBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)and serum C-peptide in the diagnosis of diabetes.Method 46 patients with common T2DM(type 2 diabetes)admitted in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were included in the T2DM group.46 patients with diabetes nephropathy(DN)admitted in the same period were included in the DN group.In addition,46 healthy subjects in our hospital were selected as the reference group.FBG,Hb ALC and serum C-peptide were tested.The test results were observed and evaluated.Results The detection results of FBG and HbAlc in T2DM group and DN group were significantly higher than those in the reference group.At the same time,the detection results of serum C-peptide in T2DM group were significantly higher than those in the reference group.Compared with T2DM group,Hb Alc in DN group was significantly higher,but the detection results of serum C-peptide were lower.The comparative difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The diagnostic coincidence rate of combined detection for T2DM and DN was higher than that of single detection for other indexes,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with healthy people,FBG and Hb Alc in patients with DM can show high expression levels,and serum C-peptide can provide effective guidance for the diagnosis and prevention of DN.The combined detection of these three indexes plays a positive role in improving the diagnostic effect of DM and DN.
