摘要
目的:探讨输卵管阻塞性不孕患者输卵管再通术(FTR)治疗后妊娠失败的影响因素.方法:选择2019年8月至2020年8月本院收治的32例FTR治疗后妊娠失败的输卵管阻塞性不孕患者为研究对象,将其纳入失败组;另选择同期本院收治的32例FTR治疗后妊娠成功的输卵管阻塞性不孕患者,将其纳入成功组.设计临床资料调查问卷,详细记录两组年龄、合并症等资料,分析输卵管阻塞性不孕患者FTR治疗后妊娠失败的影响因素.结果:失败组与成功组合并高雄性激素血症、输卵管阻塞部位、盆腔手术史、人体质量指数(BMI)比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);经多因素非条件Logistic回归分析显示,合并高雄性激素血症、输卵管壶腹部及伞部阻塞、盆腔手术史、BMI大是输卵管阻塞性不孕患者FTR治疗后妊娠失败的影响因素(OR>1,P<0.05).结论:输卵管阻塞性不孕患者FTR治疗后妊娠失败受高雄性激素血症、输卵管壶腹部及伞部阻塞、盆腔手术史、BMI大等因素影响.
Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of pregnancy failure after fallopian tube recanalization(FTR)in patients with tubal obstructive infertility.Methods:A total of 32 infertile patients with tubal obstruction who failed pregnancy after FTR treatment in hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected and included in the failure group.In addition,32 infertile patients with tubal obstruction who were successfully pregnant after FTR treatment in hospital in the same period were selected and included in the success group.The clinical data questionnaire was designed to record the age,complications and other clinical data of the two groups in detail,and the influencing factors of pregnancy failure in patients with tubal obstructive infertility after FTR treatment were analyzed.Results:There was statistically significant difference between the two groups with hyperandrogenism,tubal obstruction site,pelvic surgery history and body mass index(BMI)(P<0.05).Multivariate unconditional Logistic regression analysis showed that hyperandrogenism,tubal ampulla and umbrella part obstruction,pelvic surgery history and large BMI were the influencing factors of pregnancy failure in patients with tubal obstructive infertility after FTR treatment(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion:Pregnancy failure in infertile patients with tubal obstruction after FTR treatment is affected by factors such as hyperandrogenism,tubal ampulla and umbrella obstruction,pelvic surgery history and large BMI.
