摘要
目的:观察下肢骨折患者接受康复护理的临床效果及在预防并发症发生中的价值。方法:选取2021年1月1日—12月31日龙岩市中医院收治的70例下肢骨折患者为研究对象。以随机数表法将其分为两组,各35例。对照组患者行常规护理,观察组患者行康复护理。对比两组骨折愈合情况、并发症发生情况、下肢运动功能情况、膝关节功能情况及患者心理弹性情况。结果:观察组骨折结痂时间、骨折愈合时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。复查时,观察组肌张力评分、协调平衡评分、肌力评分、关节活动评分及Lysholm评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。复查时,观察组乐观评分、坚韧评分及自强评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:下肢骨折患者接受康复护理取得了显著临床疗效,患者骨折愈合时间明显缩短,下肢运动功能及膝关节功能明显改善,患者心理弹性变高,并发症发生率显著降低。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of rehabilitation nursing in patients with lower limb fracture and its value on preventing complications.Method:A total of 70 patients with lower limb fractures admitted to Longyan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1 to December 31,2021 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received rehabilitation nursing.Fracture healing,complications,lower limb motor function,knee joint function and mental resilience of patients were compared between the two groups.Result:The time of fracture crusting and fracture healing in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On review,the muscle tone score,coordination and balance score,muscle strength score,joint movement score and Lysholm score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).On review,optimism score,tenacity score and self-improvement score of observation group were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with lower limb fracture receiving rehabilitation nursing has achieved significant clinical effect,the fracture healing time of patients is significantly shortened,the lower limb motor function and knee joint function is significantly improved,the mental resilience of patients becomes higher,the incidence of complications is significantly reduced.
