摘要
目的探讨临床治疗结核分枝杆菌疾病采用异烟肼、利福平、吡嗪酰胺、盐酸乙胺丁醇4种药物联合治疗的效果与价值。方法方便选择2019年10月—2022年12月宜兴市人民医院接诊治疗的104例结核分枝杆菌阳性患者为研究对象,根据随机数表分为对照组(52例,采取常规治疗)与观察组(52例,在对照组基础上采用异烟肼、利福平、吡嗪酰胺、盐酸乙胺丁醇四药联合治疗)。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后疾病症状评分、治疗后结核分枝杆菌转阴情况,比较两组患者治疗后不良反应情况。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率96.15%高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.029,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者疾病症状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后1、2、3个月转阴率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床治疗结核分枝杆菌疾病可采用异烟肼、利福平、吡嗪酰胺、盐酸乙胺丁醇4种药物联合方式,具有确切疗效,能够快速改善症状,促进结核分枝杆菌转阴。
Objective To explore the effect and value of the clinical treatment of Mycobacterium tuberculosis disease with the combination of four drugs:isoniazid,rifampicin,pyrazinamide and ethambutol hydrochloride.Methods 104 patients with positive Mycobacterium tuberculosis received and treated in Yixing People′s Hospital from October 2019 to December 2022 were conveniently selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table,they were divided into the control group(52 cases,with conventional treatment)and the observation group(52 cases,on the basis of the control group,Isoniazid,Rifampicin,Pyrazinamide,Ethambutol hydrochloride four drugs combined treatment).Compared the treatment effectiveness,disease symptom scores before and after treatment,and the negative conversion of Mycobacterium tuberculosis after treatment between the two groups,and compare the adverse reactions of the two groups of patients after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.15%higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.029,P<0.05).After treatment,the disease symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The negative conversion rate of the observation group patients at 1 month,2 months,and 3 months after treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical treatment of Mycobacterium tuberculosis disease can use the combination of four drugs:isoniazid,rifampicin,pyrazinamide and ethambutol hydrochloride,which has definite efficacy,can rapidly improve the symptoms and promote the conversion of Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
