摘要
目的探讨对脾肾阳虚型糖尿病肾病患者采用真武汤合苓桂术甘汤联合厄贝沙坦治疗的临床疗效。方法方便选取2021年8月—2022年10月于乳山市中医院收治的116例脾肾阳虚型糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,按治疗方式不同分为观察组和对照组,各58例。对照组在常规治疗的基础上增加厄贝沙坦治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加真武汤合苓桂术甘汤。对比两组患者临床疗效、血糖水平、肾功能指标及炎性因子水平。结果治疗后,观察组临床有效率为95.55%,显著高于对照组的77.59%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.265,P<0.05);观察组HbA1c、FPG、2 hPG及各项炎性因子水平均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肾功能指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脾肾阳虚型糖尿病肾病患者采用真武汤合苓桂术甘汤联合厄贝沙坦治疗临床疗效更为显著,能改善患者肾功能,减少蛋白尿,减轻机体炎性反应。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of using Zhenwu Decoction combined with Lingguishugan Decoction in combination with Irbesartan in patients with diabetic nephropathy with spleen-kidney Yang deficiency.Methods 116 patients with diabetes nephropathy of spleen kidney yang deficiency type who were admitted to Rushan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from August 2021 to October 2022 were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 58 cases in each group.The control group added Irbesartan treatment on the basis of conventional treatment,and the observation group added Zhenwu Decoction,Heling Guizhugan Decoction on the basis of the control group.Compared the clinical efficacy,blood glucose levels,renal function indicators,and inflammatory factor levels between two groups of patients.Results After treatment,the clinical effective rate of the observation group was 95.55%,significantly higher than the control group′s 77.59%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.265,P<0.05);The levels of HbA1c,FPG,2 hPG,and various inflammatory factors in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The renal function indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Zhenwu Decoction combined with Lingguishugan Decoction and Irbesartan in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy patients with spleen-kidney deficiency is more significant,which can improve the renal function,reduce proteinuria and reduce the inflammatory response of the body.
