低压(漏失)井连续油管钻可溶桥塞技术

摘要 随着页岩气开发进程的不断推进,压裂技术从一代过渡到二代,可溶桥塞逐渐取代复合桥塞成为主要的分段工具。在加砂强度不断增大、低压(漏失)井数量增多、可溶桥塞溶解不充分的背景下,连续油管钻可溶桥塞故障复杂频发,钻可溶桥塞效率甚至低于钻复合桥塞。通过对低压(漏失)井钻可溶桥塞施工中出现的问题逐条分析,持续改进可溶桥塞预处理技术,对磨鞋、钻具的持续优化,对钻塞液、钻塞制度的探索,形成一整套低压(漏失)井连续油管钻可溶桥塞技术,减少故障复杂的发生,提高钻塞效率。 As shale gas continues to develop,fracturing technology is advancing from its first generation to the second.Soluble plugs are increasingly being used as the major staged tools,replacing composite plugs.Due to the rise in sand loading,a greater number of low pressure wells experiencing lost circulation and insufficient dissolution of soluble plugs,coiled tubing drilling has proven to be an unreliable method for removing these plugs.In fact,the efficiency of drilling soluble plugs using this technique is even lower than that of drilling composite plugs.By analyzing the issues encountered during the operation of soluble plug drilling in low-pressure(lost circulation)wells,we have continuously improved our pretreatment technology for soluble plugs.We have also optimized our shoe milling and drilling tools while exploring various drilling fluids and plugging regimes.As a result,we have developed a comprehensive set of coiled tubing drilling techniques specifically designed for low-pressure(lost circulation)wells that significantly reduce complex failures and improve plug-drilling efficiency.
