摘要
电化学水处理是一种环境友好的新型水处理技术,兼具除垢、杀菌、灭藻、缓蚀等功能,在循环水处理系统中应用日趋广泛,与传统的化学药剂水处理技术相比,具有显著提高浓缩倍数、节能、节水等优势。本文将化学药剂水处理法与电化学水处理法进行了综合对比分析,并以张宣科技循环冷却水系统为例,探讨了电化学水处理技术替代传统药剂法在循环冷却水处理中的应用价值。实践表明,电化学法处理效果优于药剂法,处理后水质各项指标得到了显著改善,电导率下降17%,总硬度下降26%,钙硬度下降24%,异养菌数下降39%;以4000 m^(3)/h循环水系统为例,使用电化学设备替代传统化学药剂法后年节水量26多万吨,以工业水2.2元/t,排污水处理费5元/t计算的话,年可节约费用约191万元;水智方与实验室检测的水质偏差均保持在10%以下;垢含水率低,仅为27%左右,有机物含量为4%左右,且去除水分和有机物后的成分主要为钙和镁的沉淀物。电化学水处理设备具有明显的节能减排效果。
Electrochemical water treatment is a new environmentally friendly water treatment technology,which has the functions of descaling,sterilization,algae sterilization,corrosion inhibition,etc.,and is increasingly widely used in circulating water treatment systems,and has the advantages of significantly improving concentration ratio,energy saving and water saving compared with traditional chemical agent water treatment technology.In this paper,the chemical water treatment method and electrochemical water treatment method are comprehensively compared and analyzed,and the application value of electrochemical water treatment technology in circulating cooling water treatment is discussed by taking the circulating cooling water system of Zhangxuan Technology as an example.Practice shows that the effect of electrochemical treatment is better than that of pharmaceutical method,and the water quality indicators after treatment are significantly improved,with conductivity reduced by 17%,total hardness decreased by 26%,calcium hardness decreased by 24%,and the number of heterotrophic bacteria decreased by 39%.Taking the 4000 m^(3)/h circulating water system as an example,the annual water saving after replacing the traditional chemical method with electrochemical equipment is more than 260,000 tons,and the annual cost can be saved by about 1.91 million yuan if the industrial water is 2.2 yuan/t and the sewage treatment fee is 5 yuan/t;the deviation of water quality between Water Intelligence and laboratory tests was kept below 10%.The moisture content of scale is low,only about 27%,the organic content is about 4%,and the components after removing water and organic matter are mainly calcium and magnesium precipitates.Electrochemical water treatment equipment has obvious energy saving and emission reduction effects.
