摘要
通过无模直写成型技术制备了具备负泊松比特性的周期胞元结构柔性多孔材料,分别设置胞元结构角度、胞元周期以及基体材料性质作为实验变量,结合单轴压缩和拉伸测试过程中样品的形变模式与应力-应变曲线特征,分析讨论了各因素对周期胞元结构力学响应的影响。研究发现,结构负泊松比效应主要取决于胞元结构角度,而对于整体样品的弹性模量和能量吸收性能,胞元周期为主要影响因素。
3D periodic cell structure porous samples with negative Poisson's ratio characteristics were created by direct writing.Combining with the deformation mode and stress-strain curve characteristics of the sample during uniaxial compression and tensile tests,the angle of cell structure,cell period,and matrix material properties were set as experimental variables to analyze and discuss the influence of each factor on the mechanical response of the periodic cell structure.It is found that the negative Poisson's ratio effect of structure mainly depends on the angle of the cell,and the period of a cell is the main influencing factor for the elastic modulus and energy absorption performance of the overall sample.
