摘要
《左传杜注辨证》涉及春秋时期的政治、军事、天文、礼制、训诂等诸多方面,地理为其中之一端。张氏对左传杜注地理方面的考据主要包括地名相关之辨、山川湖泽方位之辨及杜注古今版本地理记载差异之辨等。其地理考据主要运用了排比文献法,同时综合运用音韵训诂、事理推证、以经解经等方法。张氏的地理考据解决了一些古史地理问题,且本书还体现了张氏不惧权威、实事求是的品质,丰富了桐城的地域文化,但同时也不可避免地存在一些地理考据失误、缺少实地考察等方面的不足。
ZHANG Cong-xian’s Zuozhuan Duzhu Dialectics was made to correct the mistakes of Duzhu.Its content involves politics,military,astronomy,disasters,climate,etiquette,decrees,phonology,exegesis and many other aspects in the Spring and Autumn Period,and geography is one of the important aspects.Zhang Cong-xian’s textual research on the geography of Zuo Zhuan Du Zhu mainly includes the differentiation of geographical names in human geography,the differentiation of the orientation of natural geography mountains,rivers and lakes,and the differentiation of geographical records in the ancient and modern versions of Zuo Zhuan Du Zhu.Its geographical textual research mainly uses the parallel literature method,and also comprehensively uses the methods of phonological exegesis,reasoning,and interpretation of scriptures.Zhang’s geographical textual research solved some problems of ancient history and geography and made some achievements.Moreover,from Zhang Cong-xian’s geographical textual research,we can also find some of the significance and value of his book.For example,this book reflects Zhang’s quality of not fearing authority and seeking truth from facts,and enriches the regional culture of Tongcheng.At the same time,there are inevitably some deficiencies in literature cutting,citation errors and wrong views.
