摘要
农村基层党组织组织力是指农村党组织对农村社会和农民群众进行领导、引领、组织、号召和整合的能力,是农村基层党组织的政治领导力、思想引领力、群众组织力和号召力的重要来源,在实施乡村振兴战略和乡村治理现代化进程中发挥着关键作用。针对当前农村基层党组织政治领导力弱化、组织功能淡化、服务能力不足等问题,新时代提升农村基层党组织组织力,应以强化政治领导力为统领,加强自我管理,致力于团结带领农民群众共同致富,为实施乡村振兴战略和实现乡村治理能力现代化提供坚强的组织保证。
The organizational power of rural grassroots Party organizations refers to the ability of rural Party organizations to lead,guide,organize,call and integrate rural society and farmers;It is an important source of political leadership,ideological leadership,mass organization and appeal of rural grassroots Party organizations,and an important factor for rural grassroots Party organizations to play a leading role in the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy and the modernization process of rural governance.Rural grassroots Party organization groups are facing problems such as weakening political leadership,weakening organizational functions,and insufficient service capacity,which affect the realization of rural Party organization cohesion,creativity,and combat effectiveness.In order to improve the organizational capacity of rural grassroots Party organizations in the new era,we should strengthen self-management under the leadership of strengthening political leadership,and devote ourselves to uniting and leading the farmers to become rich together;So as to provide a strong organizational guarantee for the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy and the modernization of the governance capacity of the rural governance system.
